1. What one thing did you do better today?
I decided to make some progress in yoga and bought an e-book by Jessica Olie.

2. Has doing so made you or someone else feel better?
Me, my body, maybe it will Jessica Olie too.

3. Has it brought any new realisations?
I have been practicing yoga for a few years now and I love it. I found late in life (well not so late, but after training latin and ball room dances, some gymnastics in primary school, some self defense classes and consistent attempts at running) it is so far my favourite ways of moving. However for a while now I have been doing the same routine, the same flow, not making much progress. It was about time to change that and so I purchased an online book by @jessicaolie whom I have been following for a few years now. I find great joy in practice and I am excited to take on this new journey and make some progress.
