1. What one thing did you do better today?
Today I did a simple, somehow most natural act or better said it was a state of being, not really an act. I experienced happiness. I experienced moments of happiness as I focused on simply being present. 

2. Has doing so made you or someone else feel better?
It seems wrong to say just me as I in a way felt connected to so many people around me. 

3. Has it brought any new realisation?
Happiness really is a momentary thing. Momentary in a sense that it happens in a moment and sometimes it even lasts just a brief moment. And so to experience it you have to be present. This very moment. Not when you get or achieve or finish that thing you are focused on in your life. Today I kind of accepted that. Maybe I did so once again or maybe I for the first time actually understood what it really means. This simple thought … Happiness is in a present moment.
