1. What one thing did you do better today?
I took a walk in the most beautiful forest I have ever seen. It was a forest filled with pine trees only in the beautiful Curonian Spit area between the Curonian Lagoon and the Baltic Sea.

2. Has doing so made you or someone else feel better?
Me and my friend Greta. We are both big fans of nature, long walks and we had an amazing time.

3. Has it brought any new realisations?
You know how sometimes we only realise we witnessed something majestic after it is over? This time I was fully present and realised it already while it was happening. I was walking in the most beautiful forest I ever witnessed. I was soaking in the breathtaking nature, fresh air and endless tints of green and felt so calm. I felt a strong appreciation for nature, to be able to enjoy it and so thankful to Greta for showing me this place. Nida was certainly a highlight of my stay in Lithuania.
