1. What one thing did you do better today?
Yesterday my small, better act was gazing at nature. What actually inspired me to do so was an optician who recently checked my eyesight, realised my eyes are very tired from looking at the screen and advised me to gaze at endless green of nature whenever I can. Yesterday I did it, surrounded with breathtaking view in Lithuanian forest. Today, I was sitting by my kitchen table, looked out the window and realised I can even do so from that very point. I don’t have to go far, I am lucky to live in a flat facing a forest. I took a few deep breaths and gazed at nature. Another gaze I did that was very comforting today – I gazed at someone’s eyes. Deep down, when you feel like you can see the person’s story on a whole new level, a much more intimate level.

2. Has doing so made you or someone else feel better?

3. Has it brought any new realisations?
Two simple ones – we are part of nature and nature is part of us. Cherish it and be kind to the only planet we have. Also – look into peoples eyes. Really look and see.
