1. What one thing did you do better today?
I went to another therapy session and left with a note to self that said: It is a journey, a life-long process – to create, build and cultivate a loving and caring relationship towards yourself.
2. Has doing so made you or someone else feel better?
These days the answer is always “me” and I am starting to feel a bit awkward about it.
3. Has it brought any new realisations?
Happiness has little to do with your success and possessions, and a lot to do with a loving and caring relationship you cultivate with yourself, life and others. I know I still have my share of progress to do on it however lately I have been feeling a lot better and I am happy to say I am allowing myself to feel that inner happiness. A loving heart is the truest wisdom.
