1. What one thing did you do better today?
I spent the whole day in nature. As I am writing this, I am chilling by river Soča, listening to Why Worry by Dire Straits and the day is simply perfect. It is exactly what I needed.
2. Has doing so made you or someone else feel better?
Me, significantly, accompanied with friends.
3. Has it brought any new realisations?
As the song says – “Why worry? There should be laughter after pain, there should be sunshine after rain.” I am grateful for this day of sunshine and laughter. Grateful to have moments when I stop and think, is this happiness?
