1. What one thing did you do better today?
I spent minimum time on my phone and instead used my hands to experience a touch of nature most of the day. Even as writing this I aim to be as quick as possible and return the focus to the outside world.
2. Has doing so made you or someone else feel better?
Me, my mind and body – hands and eyes in particular.
3. Has it brought any new realisations?
It feels so good switching from screen to nature as much as possible. It sure was another day to remember. Climbing hills, taking walks in the woods and chilling by the river.
