1. What one thing did you do better today?
My macbook stopped working and despite the stress and worries it caused I tried to keep a perspective on life and remember material things are not crucial.

2. Has doing so made you or someone else feel better?
Not really better, however I did try to keep myself calm by not obsessing over the accident and the possible material damage.

3. Has it brought any new realisations?
First – back up your work! Second – keep a perspective over what matters in life. Health, happiness, relationships. Laughing, loving, sharing. Material things are replaceable.
