1. What one thing did you do better today?
I didn’t stop trying being a better person, overcome new challenges and make new, better habits. Challenge of the day is adjusting to being without my laptop as it broke down a few days ago. It means no late night work on the computer, no watching series, no random early morning procrastination. It also means instead going for a run in the evening. Picking up a book and staying with it longer. It means more effective organisation and less screen time. So yes, challenge accepted. To be honest, I am really looking forward to creating new habits. Maybe it was a force of nature this had to happen.

2. Has doing so made you or someone else feel better?

3. Has it brought any new realisations?
Sometimes bad things happen. Loosing my macbook is the one on my mind right now. I know it’s one of those first world problems but it sure presented me with a challenge to adjust for a while and find new ways around working on things. However it also brought many new perspectives to me, on what really matters and that trying to create new, better habits is sometimes easier when we are left with no choice.
