1. What one thing did you do better today?
We had a wonderful team-building with coworkers from Pristop yesterday, followed by a relaxed late afternoon / evening gathering in the city. I could have easily stayed there till late night however I decided to have a good time (which I sure did thanks to the amazing company) and still leave the party at a reasonable hour and get a good night of sleep.

2. Has doing so made you or someone else feel better?
Me.

3. Has it brought any new realisations?
It may be growing older. It may be growing up. It may just as well be getting to know myself better and knowing what a sleepless night does to me. I struggled with bad sleep for years and this time I did not want to risk a day of being tired as I am too much in love with life to waste a day. Now that sounds cheesy, right? But I do feel that way. I even read a study a while back, stating the effect one sleepless night has on our driving skills is comparable to the effect alcohol has. It made me realise not getting enough sleep does not only cause eyebags but also proper malfunctioning, physical as well as mental. I am not saying I am over sleepless nights and staying up late, however getting enough sleep is what right now means taking good care of myself. Can you believe I even went for a run after coming home?
