1. What one thing did you do better today?
I realised I am investing time into values that matter most to me. Personal growth, relationships and work. This might seem vague as yes, we all invest time in those areas but I think there is a lot to it on how you balance them. I had a long period of time when I would define my values in the same way but what I invested time and attention to did not reflect it. Last year I had a period of time when I spent way too much time working and creating. I was still considering relationships and time for myself as very important yet did not spend nearly enough time in nature (which always makes me feel good) or with people who matter most to me.

2. Has doing so made you or someone else feel better?
Of course me but I do hope also people around me. I do hope I have become a better company to others, a more compassionate, open one.

3. Has it brought any new realisations?
I believe planting seeds is a good metaphor for this. You admire flowers and all greenery you might have in your apartment but you do not give enough value to the seeding part which is even more important to make changes happen and new things begin. I feel as if I have finally started to plant seeds and give my attention to what truly matters to me. Not only admiring blooming plants or being focused on instant gratification but knowing where care and taking time is needed. Relationships, keeping them and making new ones takes time and attention and if you wish them to grow, they require time. I am proud to say my schedule finally reflects a good balance of work, relationships and me time.
