1. What one thing did you do better today?
I got up at 6am despite the fact I didn’t sleep well. As writing this I am wondering, is this even considered as a better act? Or is it me being hard on myself? Well, keeping a routine of waking up early in the morning is something that makes me feel good. I have been waking up at 6am for months now. Not every single day, I have exceptions but when I do it is on the weekend. On a week night if I get up later I soon consider it as a lack of enthusiasm for little things I want to enjoy before going to the office.

2. Has doing so made you or someone else feel better?
I (guess) me. I do know I need to go to bed early tonight though.

3. Has it brought any new realisations?
Not really realisations. Just re-thinking what is the best way to take care of myself and looking at signs still showing me being too hard and strict on myself. I did check the moon when I got up and turns out today will be new moon. I used to think the effect of moon is just a bad excuse but when considering the effect it has on the ocean and how large portion of our bodies are made up of water, it seems stupid not to consider it.
