1. What one thing did you do better today?
I wrote my own personal manifesto.

2. Has doing so made you or someone else feel better?
Me, me, me!

3. Has it brought any new realisations?
As I started to write it I thought I will find it difficult to select personal values and write sentences that are specific to me and what really drives me. Then I answered a few questions (like what is my goal, why am I here, what do I value, how I spend my time etc) and when going through answers I realised it will not be as hard as I imagined. There were two things that kept repeating and appeared in answers covering different aspects of life. It was fulfilment and connection. Fulfilment through creativity, personal growth and relationships. Connection foremost to myself, then to others and to nature. I then put my beliefs around it in few short sentence, written in first person, present form. It feels really good having the personal manifesto written down. I plan to revise it over the next few days, then frame it and hang it close to my bed to remind me daily how to lead the good, better life.
