1. What one thing did you do better today?
Despite having a super busy day I remained centered, joyful and connected to my core. It started off with a super sweet super early morning. I did some sun salutations, watched an episode of Big Little Lies (yes, my new macbook is set and working!), then rode a bike to work, had a busy and productive day, biked back home for another episode of Big Little Lies (no need to mention how much I like it), followed by an amazing therapy session and now a bicycle ride home to welcome a friend coming over for a glass of wine and some much needed chat and sharing life wisdom. I plan to finish the day off by reviewing today’s therapy session, some yoga and then off to bed.

2. Has doing so made you or someone else feel better?
Should I just stop mentioning myself? Although today I could name a few other people that were parts of my day, I want to point out I have been feeling so well these days. Not just in the ordinary up part of the up and down cycle but an overall shift has happened to a more positive and joyful side of living.

3. Has it brought any new realisations?
Conscious breathing, eating healthy, doing yoga or some bodyweight exercises (running these days is not going so well for me), spending time in nature, reading or meditating, keeping my sleep cycle consistent and journaling for this project. I am in full control of making these small better acts happen every day. It is funny how on one hand they sure are small acts and yet sometimes they seem to require a lot of effort to not skip them for a day. Also in contrast to being small, they sure make up a whole lot of difference!
