1. What one thing did you do better today?
Just about to – put myself in weekend mode. Skipping long answers today. Dolce far niente and friyay all the way.
2. Has doing so made you or someone else feel better?
Me. I also want to thank first of all to @anja.jurca for being the reason behind a simple yet wonderful, possibly forever memorable office gathering, along with @evagjorek, @production.veto, @ales_krdzic, @katgr, @nikaperovsek who all together made my evening so far so interesting. I deeply appreciate everyone sharing personal stories and impressions on aspiring and funny topics.
3. Has it brought any new realisations?
Conscious breathing, eating healthy, doing yoga or some bodyweight exercises (running these days is not going so well for me), spending time in nature, reading or meditating, keeping my sleep cycle consistent and journaling for this project. I am in full control of making these small better acts happen every day. It is funny how on one hand they sure are small acts and yet sometimes they seem to require a lot of effort to not skip them for a day. Also in contrast to being small, they sure make up a whole lot of difference!
