1. What one thing did you do better today?
I was feeling anxious and decided to take a walk in a forest. Picking wild raspberries, walking in wild forest, listening to nothing but the sound of birds sure calmed me down.

Just reaffirmed how much I love birds. They have always been one of my favourite animals and if I were to choose one super power, flying would definitely be the one. To me it represents freedom, lightness and eternity.
