1. What one thing did you do better today?
I followed a practice of yoga nidra by @wildthing.love honoring the sun and the moon. Well, mostly the moon which was perfect timing for last night’s full moon. Usually I don’t really look forward to blue or full moon as on those nights I often sleep worse but this time, listening to a calming voice guiding me to focus on accepting light from the moon really calmed me down and made me look forward to the night. I slept for five hours straight, woke up without an alarm clock at 5 am to a beautiful sunrise and listened to the meditation one more time.

2. Has doing so made you or someone else feel better?
Me and I believe everyone who subscribed to @wildthing.love’s newsletter which is where I got the meditation from. If you are up for some guided calm time, make sure to follow her. To me it will probably be one of the very few newsletters I always open and read.

3. Has it brought any new realisations?
It was funny doing a guided meditation after a while. These days usually when I meditate I do so freely, by myself. This time it guided me to check in on how my body feels, what emotions I hold and how my mind feels. To try to hold still even when a need for movement arises. To rather accept and observe than to act. And at first I found myself itching to move but by the end of the practice I was just laying still, the only movement that happened was on my face. I finished the practice smiling.
