1. What one thing did you do better today?
Crossed off things from my to-do list. From paperwork, bills and emails, some research on skincare routine and scheduling an appointment for manicure before my holidays, buying cleaning props, to watering plants which is my all time favourite to-do bullet. To be honest I would never forget about it so I really only write it down to have an extra moment of satisfaction as I cross it off. Any other to-do list fans doing the same?
2. Has doing so made you or someone else feel better?
Just calmed my mind and non-serious ocd.
3. Has it brought any new realisations?
Being super organised in a way that completing a task is done when I first think about it is still something I haven’t got a handle on completely but I think I’m getting there. Slowly but surely. Oh I am just answering some questions for an interview on this project and I get emotional thinking back on how it all started. When I think of a few months back, that letter to myself with which I kicked off this project, describing how I had enough of feeling down and not doing anything about it. I was filled with hope that small steps really are the beginning of big changes. Today it is not about hope anymore, I have a proof to it – this very project. Going strong into the remaining less than 20 days.
