1. What one thing did you do better today?
Had a house-wifing Saturday. Cleaned for hours and then cooked for a few more. I actually had a bit of troubles finding what one thing I did better today, as I have always found cleaning as a sort of meditation, but this will do for today, being a better person sometimes happen extra easily and certainly with lots of pleasure.
2. Has doing so made you or someone else feel better?

3. Has it brought any new realisations?
Not new but reaffirmed- cleaning works like a mental cleaning process for me. Getting rid of unnecessary things as well as any negative thoughts, tidying up through organising things and drawers as well as plans and images on my mind, hoovering as well as quieting any anxious feelings, last but not least taking a nap on the couch as well as subconsciously being at ease. It is the part of working with hands and seeing results of my work that always calms me down and puts a content smile on my face.
