1. What one thing did you do better today?
I had a wonderful talk with one of my coworkers whom I can also call a dear friend. I mentioned I made some big changes during this project and that I wish to do a few more before I reach 100th day. That I believe sharing a list of all changes that can happen in one hundred days would inspire people even more. I also told him that I was not sure about a particular big change whether it is going to happen in the next remaining 11 days or not. And what he said back to me was so moving and grounding. He said I should not worry about it, that this project is about the small changes and small steps. That even though I made many good decisions throughout this project as for example choosing courage over fear, eating healthy over eating unhealthy, there will for sure come a day when fear or comfort food cravings will again win me over. However it is not about never making a bad decision again, it is about not giving up and remembering a new day will come along with a new opportunity to be a better me.

2. Has doing so made you or someone else feel better?
Me and my friend.

3. Has it brought any new realisations?
Back to small acts of better me. Back to realising the potential of little steps. Back to the simple rules for living which for me these days are feeling good and avoiding complicating things, focusing on physical health (nutrition and sleep) and mental heath (noticing and accepting my thoughts).
